1.If there is a problem with the product, how to after-sale ?
Firstly,all our products will undergo strict quality inspections to ensure the quality of the products. If there is any problem, you can contact our customer service, leave a message on the official website, or contact us by email. We will reply within 48 hours after receiving the information.


2. How to return or exchange the goods?
If there is a problem with the product and a replacement is required, please contact our after-sales customer service, and the customer service will connect with you. The replacement requires the buyer to bear the freight.


3. If the product size is not suitable and cannot be used, how to solve it?
First of all, our page mentions about the product size and scope of use. Please read it carefully before purchasing. If it is within the size range and still cannot be used, we can perform a replacement process.


4.How should I clean my toys? (Only for products marked water resistant)
Clean the surface of the device with soap or water or wet cloth after each use, and rinse with water. Do not use facial cleaner containing alcohol, petroleum or acetone.

5.Can I disinfect my toys with boiling water?
We do not recommend that you put the SVAKOM product in boiling water as this may damage the product.

6.Can I expose my toys to outdoor sunlight?
We do not recommend exposing SVAKOM products to outdoor sunlight as this may damage the product.

7.How often should I charge it?
Battery life varies by product, but in general, in case of low battery, LED indicator lights up and flickers in red.

8.Can I charge my toys with other chargers?
Please use the charger provided with the Edan’s secrect device. Charging with other chargers (including chargers for other Edan’s secrect products) may damage the battery.
